HIC shall forego the Entrance Examination for new/transferee students for Kindergarten, Elementary & Junior High School which has been part of the regular admission criteria.

Present the following requirements:
- SF9 Report Card (Senior High School Report Card) (Original Copy)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
- One (1) photocopy of PSA Certificate of Live Birth
- One (1) Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
- Two (2) Long Brown Envelope
- One (1) Long Plastic Envelope
- Two (2) pieces: 2x2 I.D. pictures
- One (1) photocopy of Marriage Contract (if married women)

(Guidance staff will issue medical laboratory referral slip to BSN,BSM & BSRT students)
